also studied at Reilly League of Artists and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts

also works with Chinese watercolor on ricepaper

"I seek to create the essence of a scene that will beckon the viewer
'into the painting', but most of all, to convey the joy of capturing those fleeting moments in nature, that happen in sunlight and shadow."
